By any other name would smell as sweet.1
A recent case, Eastern Savings Bank FSB v. Rowl,2 reminds us that the courts continue to wrestle in many cases with the "correct" name in which filings should be made to perfect liens on personal property. The effect of this is to make the analysis of a bankruptcy claim seem more complicated . . .
