Trustee bound by confirmed plan. The trustee’s avoidance of security interest in trucks was barred by res judicata effect of confirmation, which provided specifically for claims to be secured by trucks and for claims to be paid as provided in agreed order, to which trustee consented. The trustee did not establish “cause” to reconsider the agreed order on the creditor’s claims. Williams v. M. Bruenger & Co., Inc. (In re Brannan), B.R., 2015 WL 3942899 (Bankr. D. Kan.
