Director’s Forms and Their Use

On October 1, 2015, Director’s Form 4100N Notice of Final Cure Payment, took effect. On December 1, 2015 Official Form 410, Proof of Claim, took effect. The issuance of Director’s Form 4100N and Official Form 410 are part of an ongoing project to streamline and improve the various forms, schedules, etc. used in the bankruptcy process, and it brings up an important question: what’s the difference between Official Forms
