As any Eagles fan knows, “you can’t hide your lyin’ eyes.” But how can you tell if your client is lying, and what should you do about it?

Sometimes it’s easy to tell if a client is lying to you. There are red flags like these that should at least put you on inquiry notice:

  • “No, I don’t have any jewelry” (and there’s a tan line on the client’s body in the shape of a big diamond . . .
