Stacey A. O’Stafy is a staff attorney with the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee, Faye D. English. Prior to joining the Trustee’s office, Ms. O’Stafy represented mortgage lenders and servicers within the consumer bankruptcy context. During her career, Ms. O’Stafy represented commercial lending institutions in financial workouts, litigation and bankruptcy proceedings; labor unions and their members in various matters; and consumer debtors. Ms. O’Stafy received her B.A. in English from the University of Toledo and her J.D. from the University of Toledo, College of Law. Ms. O’Stafy is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and Credit Education Coalition. Ms. O’Stafy is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois.
