When I am cruising through recent bankruptcy decisions, some of them make me stop and think, like when I see a Harley listed for $200 on Schedule B because it is in pieces in a box.

There has been a lot of talk about whether IRAs are exempt when they are held in a brokerage account that has boilerplate language giving the financial institution a lien on the IRA in the event monies are borrowed. I’ve never actually seen . . .
