Allen Chair and former Dean of Emory University School of Law, is a featured speaker at the NACTT Conference in New York City on August 4-6, 2013.  Professor Epstein will discuss recent United States Supreme Court cases of interest to bankruptcy practitioners. Professor Epstein is an expert in bankruptcy and commercial law.
