Line 1A:  Disabled Veterans. If the debtor meets the definition of a disabled veteran in 38 U.S.C. §3741(a), with debts incurred during active duty (as defined in 10 U.S.C. S §101(d)(1)), or while performing homeland defense duties (as defined by 32 U.S.C. §901(1)), the debtor can check the box on Line 1A, and the “presumption does not arise box . . .
