Starter interrupt devices are a popular way for lenders to ensure that they get paid, especially from consumers with poor credit at the 'Buy Here, Pay Here' places. The devices are connected to the starter and emit sounds or flashes of light days before the payment deadline. If the customer then makes a timely payment to the dealer, the customer receives a new code that permits them to continue . . .
