GROUNDS FOR OBJECTIONS
11 U.S.C. §502(b) lists the nine exclusive grounds for disallowance of a claim.1 To the extent that all or part of a claim falls within any of the nine grounds, upon proper objection, the claim is not allowed and therefore is not allowed to participate in the distribution of assets.
