T. Michele Lynch has been a staff attorney for the Cleveland, Ohio, Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office since July of 2021 and has been practicing law for 25 years. Prior to joining the Chapter 13 Office, Michele was in private practice representing clients in bankruptcy and a variety of other civil and criminal matters. In addition to her private practice, Michele was a part-time Magistrate and Acting Judge where she presided over civil and criminal proceedings in municipal court. Michele has an MBA and is licensed in Ohio and Florida.
