Attorney fees to ex-wife for over-trial of child custody was priority claim. Affirming, the district court found that most courts considering the issue have held that attorney fees incurred in litigation over child custody and welfare were in the nature of support. Where the debtor over-litigated the child custody, the state court’s award of attorney fees to the ex-wife was a domestic support obligation. Trentadue v. Gay, _____F.Supp.3d_____, 2015 WL 5098883 (E.D. Wis. Aug. 31, 2015).
