Ask Ms. P’s and Q’s

As the new year begins, Ms. Ps & Qs likes a good set of resolutions as much as anyone else does.1 To start 2013 off, then, here are hers.  Well, they’re actually for all bankruptcy lawyers, presented to you in the same order that David Letterman does his “top 10” lists.

Resolution #10:  I will remember that the worldview of “repeat players” in bankruptcy2 differs greatly from the worldview of those who are experiencing the bankruptcy system for the first time.  “Newbies” don . . .
