Bankruptcy provides debtors a chance to breathe by affording certain protections from creditors.  Along with this protection comes a responsibility on the part of the debtor to comply with the bankruptcy code, rules and procedures.  Recent economic conditions paved the way for changes in the bankruptcy world.  In Nevada, the rise of foreclosures has led to an increase in Chapter 13 pro se filings.  Debtors, desperate to try to save their homes are turning to bankruptcy, and specifically Chapter 13, to provide them . . .
