Confirmation denied for bad faith. Although the debtor’s divorce-related obligation to pay one-half of children’s college education was not a domestic support obligation, the plan was not proposed in good faith and confirmation was denied. The debtor filed Chapter 13 after the state court had orally ruled that he must pay $32,160.55, representing 50% of the oldest child’s college education to date.
