We have been getting a few questions regarding accessing any content or media purchased from this site. To address this, we have created a small guide to ensure you can always view the content you have paid for. Accessing content does require you to be signed in to your account. However, you do NOT need to be an Academy subscriber to access your purchased content.
Once you are signed into your Academy account and have a purchase associated with that email, you may follow the steps below.
1 – From any page on the site, click your name or username on the top right-hand side of the screen.
2 – This brings you to your account page, where you can see any active memberships as well as any past membership payments, invoices, and receipts. To access content and media, such as purchased webinars or conference recordings, click the Order History button at the top of your dashboard.
3 – The orders page will show you an overview of content purchases you made with this account. This includes paid webinars and NACTT Conference Recordings and may include other content in the future. To access the content, click the View Details and Downloads button for the corresponding purchase.
4 – You will now see all the content included in that purchase and the corresponding links to each piece of media. They can be accessed by clicking either link highlighted below.
For those who have purchased this content, it will be available on the website in your account. For security reasons, we no longer offer the ability to download the content for offline use. If you have any questions or if something is not working as shown here, please feel free to reach out.
