The Conference Committee has something very special planned for attendees this year. Included as a regular part of the seminar is a 3-session track entitled Order in the Court.
A more descriptive title could be “The Road to Trial.” Trials are won at the planning stages. Set yourself up for success by learning how to structure pre-trial workflows to ensure you are at your best on the day of the evidentiary hearing. The plenary will be followed by two breakout workshops dramatizing evidentiary issues in chapter 13 cases. You won’t want to miss the ‘acting’ abilities of Trustees Mary Viegelahn and David Mawhinney and the next generation of Hildebrands (Ned).
