Conference Speaker
Todd Headden represents debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation with a focus on maximizing the return for his client. He helps navigate the complicated ins-and-outs of bankruptcy, including consideration of cost-effective bankruptcy alternatives. Before joining Hayward PLLC, Todd spent over a decade gaining valuable and extensive courtroom and appellate experience. First by representing a chapter 13 trustee for several years and then by joining the Office of the Texas Attorney General where he represented state agencies in large and complex bankruptcy cases across the country. Agency clients included: Railroad Commission of Texas, Health & Human Services Commission, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Since leaving the Attorney General’s office, he has taken to representing businesses in bankruptcy and assisting them in leveraging the various available tools. When Todd is not with clients, he enjoys chasing his kids around the yard, cooking, good libations, and great conversation.
