Mike Cavallaro is Head of Legal and Compliance for Valon Technologies and Valon Mortgage, national fintech companies with a focus on modernizing the home lending and servicing business. Prior to joining Valon, Mike was a partner with several different law firms, most recently Barnes & Thornburg where he was the chair of the consumer financial services practice group. Mike also served as a senior corporate counsel for U.S. Bank where he oversaw all consumer default issues for the bank.
