David G. Peake has practiced in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy Law for 30 years. Mr. Peake was appointed Chapter 13 Trustee, for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, in June of 1998. Prior to that time Mr. Peake was in private practice representing individuals and small businesses. Mr. Peake is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Peake is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota where he completed undergraduate studies at Macalester College and received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Peake is currently a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, where he also served on the Board of Directors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Data Center.
