Dana M. Estes is a Staff Attorney for Richard V. Fink, the standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Missouri. She has been with the trustee’s office since 2004. She has represented the trustee before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit, the District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from William Jewell College in 1993 and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1998. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and a past president of the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association. She has been a panelist and speaker at local, regional, and national seminars on a variety of Chapter 13 topics.
