It was an atypical Wednesday lunch, in that I had hearings scheduled the next day and I was actually taking time for lunch. Sure, it was a long calendar, but our judges call the chapter 13 hearings calendar the “rocket docket,” both because matters on the calendar tend to get settled and “fly off” and because we are usually able to “fly through” whatever remains.
