It’s NOT Your Money

Ya’ know how sometimes you are tempted to borrow cash from your kid’s piggy bank for a birthday card, or a tip, or Girl Scout cookies, or any number of other things that you either didn’t plan for or snuck up on you? Even if you borrow the money, you KNOW it is not YOUR money!

Apparently, attorneys sometimes forget this rule. Not only are you forbidden from taking clients’ money, you can’t even borrow it.
