A Fond Farewell to 007 – Frank M. Pees

On April 30, 2020, Frank M. Pees will retire from his position as the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee (Worthington) for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. Mr. Pees has been a Trustee since his appointment in 1978. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, serving as President (in 1987), and as a member of the Board of Directors as well as the NACTT Liaison Committee.

Mr. Pees has also served on many local and regional committees in the Southern District of Ohio, including the Reporting and the By Laws Committees . . .
