Supreme Court Grants Cert

The Supreme Court has granted certiorari from the Seventh Circuit’s In re Clark, 714 F.3d 559 (7th Cir. 2013), which held that IRA inherited from someone other than a spouse was not exempt as a “retirement fund.” Clark v. Rameker, No. 13-299, 2013 WL 4776520 (Nov. 26, 2013).
