It’s that time of year again: when first-year law students without fast reaction times show me that they’re addicted to social media.1 That’s gotten me thinking about you and your firms: do you have a social media policy in place? For all sorts of good reasons2, you need to figure out what your policy should be.
One possibility is to bar all of your employees from any public social networking activities at all.3
