What’s In An Address, Mr. Trustee?

For some of us, getting a real property lease approved has been an exasperating process. Having now graduated from the School of Hard Knocks, I was able to put together a package supporting a lease proposal, which I submitted on a Friday afternoon and it was approved the following Tuesday. This was a far cry from my previous efforts in this arena, which led to a several month dispute over where my trusteeship was to reside.
