Exceptions To Discharge In Chapter 7 – Part I of II

Section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code addresses the exceptions to an individual debtor’s discharge under Section 727 of the Code. Whether or not a particular debt meets the listed non-dischargable debts in Section 523 (a) may require a Court determination, and either a debtor or a creditor may file a complaint to obtain that determination. Bankruptcy Rule 4007(a).
