Mortgage lender willfully violated stay when it refused to release hurricane damage insurance checks. Lender’s posted guidelines stated that if checks were for less than $10,000 and debtors were current on mortgage payments, lender would endorse and return checks within 10 business days. Lender incorrectly alleged that debtors were not current on mortgage payments.
