Sorry about my one-month hiatus: I’ve just become the Interim Dean of the William S. Boyd School of Law here at UNLV, and I’m still getting my sea legs.[1]

Heitkamp, “Bill” was appointed Chapter 13 Trustee in 1979. His appointment came shortly after the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 became law.
