Welcome New 13 Trustee to the Western District of Virginia

Christopher T. Micale

Christopher T. Micale has been appointed Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Virginia effective June 1st.  Mr. Micale began working as a paralegal for Chapter 13 Trustee Denise Pappalardo and from there joined EPIQ in its Chapter 13 division. After receiving a J.D. degree, he joined Chapter 13 Trustee Laurie Williams in Wichita, Kansas, as a staff attorney.  “I am now excited to take on the role as the Chapter 13 Trustee in Roanoke, VA.” Mr. Micale is filling the position vacated by Rebecca Connelly who was appointed Bankruptcy Judge in the Western District of Virginia earlier this year.  Trustee Micale may be reached at his new email address: [email protected].
