Thanks to the wonderful Marge Burks, I have a hypothetical to pose:

A debtor comes in to[i] file a chapter 13 case and subsequently changes his mind, choosing instead a chapter 7 filing.[ii] The debtor gives the attorney a retainer.  A while later, the debtor and his bankruptcy attorney have a falling-out and, as tends to happen, the debtor reports the attorney to the bar’s . . .
