I get very excited when a reader who is not related to me[ii] asks me a question.  Now I have two:

Question 1:  If a debtor lies to his or her attorney, is there a point in the process where the attorney is “off the hook” on the representation?  Is there a point after which the attorney doesn’t have to do anything once trust has broken down . . .
