Overpayment of domestic support obligation. The court examined the issue of whether a debt owed to a governmental unit was a domestic support obligation when the debt resulted from overpayment by the governmental unit for the support of the debtor and her minor children. The debtor had received benefits from the Illinois Department of Human Services based upon income and household size, and the Department subsequently determined that she was not eligible and that the benefits had been overpaid.
