A.     Courts Appear To Exclude Social Security In Determining If A Presumption Of Abuse Exists  Under §707(b) (2).

While there is very little case law on this issue, there appears to be little question about the effectiveness of the exclusion of Social Security income for determining if there is a presumption of abuse under §707(b) (2).  See
